Safety & privacy
No. You upload a statement file yourself. FinChakra does not connect to your bank.
Only you. Access is tied to your signed-in account.
Yes. You can delete a statement, or your whole account, from Settings › Privacy.
Our calculation engine works out every number first. The assistant is given only those verified figures and your question, never the statement file, and a third-party AI service may put them into words.

Every figure is calculated by our own engine from your transactions. The assistant only explains figures that were already calculated.
Yes. You can change the category of any transaction that was sorted incorrectly.
No. FinChakra only reads the statements you upload. It cannot make payments or transfers, and it does not ask for your bank login.
